Japanese One Piece Card Game cards: a collector's guide

The One Piece Card Game launched in Japan in 2022 with Romance Dawn (OP-01). Japanese sets release before their English counterparts, and Japanese parallels are among the most collected cards in the game.

Rarities

CodeMeaning
C / UC / RCommon, Uncommon, Rare
LLeader card
SRSuper Rare
SECSecret Rare
SPSpecial card — a reprint of a popular card with special artwork, inserted in later sets

Many cards also come as parallels (alternate art with a different finish). The rarest parallels, drawn in the style of the manga, are often called "manga rares" by collectors.

Set codes

OP is the main booster line, EB the extra boosters, PRB the premium boosters such as Premium Booster -The Best-, and ST the starter decks. See how to read set codes.

What to check

  • Confirm the card number and that it is the parallel you want — parallels share the number of the base card.
  • For high-value parallels, check corners and surface in the photos, or choose a PSA-graded copy.
