Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from JapanGemVault, operated by Clair Home Co., Ltd., Kumamoto, Japan.

Products

Each listing is one physical card or one factory-sealed box. Graded cards are identified by their certification number, and grades are assigned by PSA, not by us. Where a listing shows an official or reference image, photos of the actual item are emailed to you before shipping.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email.

Shipping and risk

We dispatch within 2 business days with tracking. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier where they apply. Risk of loss passes on delivery; every parcel is tracked and insured to its value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kumamoto District Court.
