Returns

Every card and box is photographed for you before it ships, so you know exactly what you are getting.

When you can return

• The card, grade, cert number or box you receive does not match the listing or the photos we sent.
• The slab arrives cracked or damaged in transit (photograph the parcel and slab on arrival and email us within 48 hours).

In both cases contact us within 14 days of delivery. We refund in full, including your original shipping, once the card is back with us, or we cover the return shipping ourselves.

When you cannot

• Change of mind after dispatch. Because every card is unique and priced to the market on the day, we do not accept discretionary returns.
• Disagreement with PSA's grade. The grade is PSA's, verifiable by cert number before purchase.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the card is dispatched (within 2 business days of payment). Email info@japangemvault.com with your order reference.
